8 Hill Cottages Bramfield
8 Hill Cottages is a traditional timber framed cottage built circa 1750 and extended between the wars. It retains many original features including oak beams, wattle and daub walls and a bread oven. Situated in the village of Bramfield with its unusual church with separate round tower, an award winning pub, an outstanding family butchers and a local shop all in easy walking distance of the cottage. Recently redecorated . Available for weekly bookings and short breaks throughout the year.
Guest Review: We enjoyed staying at the cottage, it has some lovely old features but with modern facilities, which makes it really comfortable. We brought our bikes and were able to store them in a secure shed. Bramfield is a great base for exploring this part of Suffolk. The Queens Head is a lovely pub, walking distance away - torch provided in the cottage, which you need as it's very dark at night - and makes the cottage back garden excellent for star gazing!
