Guest reviews

  • Lovey and clean and cosy, very welcoming and warm on cool nights although we had good weather. Bottle of fizz appreciated, will be back soon. JM October 2021

  • We had a fabulous time at Victoria Street in Southwold for a week in September. The cottage was perfect for us - comfortable, stylish, well-appointed and brilliant location close to everything (beaches, local shops with great produce, pubs and restaurants, fish and chips all close by.) Thanks for the welcome goodies which we thoroughly enjoyed. We did lots of fantastic walks too straight from the front door. Altogether a very happy week, thank you. CS 2020

  • Wanted to say thank you for our week at this charming cottage. We very much enjoyed our stay, everything was really good, the home-made cake was a delightful welcome. While the weather was not the best, we enjoyed walking along the promenade, with many others – in the rain! Seemed a very British thing to do in the midst of Covid and being able to retreat into a warm and cosy cottage afterwards added to the pleasure. And, without the rain we wouldn’t have seen the rainbow from the front door! D&JH October 2020

  • Thank you very so much for your wonderful generosity and hospitality. Your lovely house has been an absolute delight to visit and one of the BEST holiday cottages ever! Having had three holidays cancelled this year due to Covid it was a real treasure to find this one in lovely Southwold. Your welcome pack was gratefully received and your cake was delicious, thank you! Hopefully this will not be the last time to visit lovely Suffolk! AW September 2020

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our week at no 33. The property was very comfortable and very well equipped. It was also very well situated for all the amenities in Southwold. Parking was painless and did not cost a penny! The welcome pack was very generous from a cream tea to a bottle of prosecco! Thank you very much. J & S S October 2020
