Newly converted in 2009, this old Suffolk grain barn in a tranquil location is now an attractive and well equipped holiday cottage, ideal for two people.

Granary Barn is perfectly placed for couples who want to explore Suffolk's Heritage Coast, countryside and nature reserves or plan to attend performances at the renowned Snape Maltings, 2.5 miles away.

The architect-designed conversion has incorporated many of the barn's original features, with exposed timbers and natural oak floors. Furniture includes several antique pieces

The property has its own small courtyard garden with rural views and, in the warmer months, there is free use (by arrangement) of the owners' heated outdoor swimming pool.

Snape with its world-famous concert hall, select shops, galleries and restaurants, is just two and a half miles away.

Woodbridge is 6 miles, Framlingham 7 miles and Aldeburgh 8 miles.

Sutton Hoo, site of the famous Saxon ship burial, and its museum is 8 miles away

The nearest shop is a mile away. There is a pub in the village of Tunstall and many other excellent pubs and restaurants are within easy reach.
