About The Gig House

The Gig House is a pretty studio flat in a grade 2 listed building. It was originally the stables and hayloft for the adjacent Hollydene. In more recent years it was used for drying flowers. Built of brick and flint, it mainly dates from 1859 although parts of the building are older. The Gig House is tiny but cosy and well appointed and situated in one of Suffolk's choicest villages. Surrounded by lush countryside yet just a few minutes' drive from the coast, this is the ideal rural retreat for a couple looking for a place to unwind.
